UPDATE: U.S. Highway 10 at Buffalo River Bridge Reopened

Westbound U.S. Highway 10 was closed at the Buffalo River bridge east of MN Highway 9 due to a crash involving a semi early Tuesday, June 15.

GLYNDON, Minn.-- Westbound U.S. Highway 10 near the Buffalo River bridge east of MN Highway 9 has been reopened.

Those lanes of traffic were rerouted from approximately 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. on Tuesday, June 15 due to a crash involving a semi, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Witnesses driving by the crash shortly after it happened reported that the rear axle of the semi was stuck on a portion of the bridge.

There was no information immediately available about the driver or how the crash happened.
