Residents can create an account on the new portal beginning Sept. 1, by visiting westfargond.gov/259/utilities .

Those who already have autopay or eStatements set up will also need to create a new account in this portal. Residents are not required to utilize online bill pay and may still pay in person via check at City Hall 800 4th Ave E, Suite 1, West Fargo.

Residents may have received a call, voicemail or text message notification about this program late Tuesday, Aug. 5 . The city apologized for any inconvenience caused by the timing of this notification.
