Which state has the best looking cruiser? Cast your votes now
Picture this: you're cruising down the road in your car. Speed limit is 70, but hey, it's a nice summer day... maybe we bump it up to 80, just for fun.
You come over a hill and see the all-too-familiar cruiser sitting in the median. Ohhh yes. That sleek, maroon car with the white doors is waiting for you.
But she's a pretty cruiser, isn't she?
Or how about the shiny, blacked-out model with the gold emblem found in the Peace Garden State? Whew. They don't say Midwest is Best for nothing.
Well, now is your chance to decide. The American Association of State Troopers has launched the search for the nation's 2020 Best Looking Cruiser Contest.
This contest pits state police cars and highway patrol squad vehicles from all 50 states against each other to determine who ranks supreme when it comes to good-looking cars. The winning vehicle will be featured on the cover of a 2021 wall calendar.
Minnesotans are encouraged to vote for the home state now through Tuesday, July 21 at 11 a.m. To see all the states and cast your vote, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/T9XVPN3 .
