Abigail Fingalson was air-lifted to MeritCare Hospital after the accident and initially was in critical condition, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
A MeritCare nursing super-isor said Sunday that the family had not given permission to release a condition report.
Blake Fingalson, 23, and Constance Fingalson, 21, both of Detroit Lakes, were in the car along with the 1-year-old girl. They suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
