12 N.D. airports receive grant funding

WASHINGTON - The North Dakota congressional delegation announced Monday that 12 airports in the state have been awarded a total of about $3.8 million in federal grants for construction and repair projects.

WASHINGTON - The North Dakota congressional delegation announced Monday that 12 airports in the state have been awarded a total of about $3.8 million in federal grants for construction and repair projects.

The following airports will receive grant funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation:

Ellendale, $140,647; Bismarck, about $1.5 million; Lakota, $340,033; Cavalier, $85,000; Mohall, $200,000; Sloulin Field International, $282,668; Minot International, $500,000; Standing Rock, $100,000; Hillsboro, $120,000; Lisbon, $108,488; Dickinson-Theodore Roosevelt Regional, $390,000; and International Peace Garden, $111,240.
