The 12th Avenue North bridge in Fargo that spans railroad tracks was to be closed late Wednesday night so that a final paving phase can be completed.
The bridge was expected to reopen by 9 tonight.
While the bridge is closed, traffic will be detoured south on 29th Street North, which joins up with 25th Street North.
From there, the detour follows Great Northern Drive and then heads north on 16th Street North.
The detour then follows Dakota Drive to 18th Street North, and then north to 12th Avenue.
