FARGO - Eastbound 19th Avenue North, between Fifth and Elm streets in Fargo, was closed Wednesday for street repairs.
A city news release stated traffic detours will be in place to assist motorists.
During the project, which is expected to take about a week, the westbound lane of 19th Avenue North will be open to traffic.
