A 34-year-old man was flown to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo after his Ford pickup was struck by another vehicle on County Road 2 near Wahpeton, N.D., a Richland County sheriff's deputy said Monday night.
West Fargo resident Jared Ledet was eastbound on County Road 2 in Richland when he was struck by Donelle Richmond, 55, of Wahpeton. Richmond was driving southbound on 173rd Avenue Southeast. She collided with the driver's-side door of Ledet's vehicle at 6:37 p.m.
Ledet's condition was unknown at 10 p.m. Monday.
Richmond was cited for failing to yield to the right of way at a yield intersection.
