FARGO - Due to rising river levels, the 40th Avenue South bridge over Drain 27 between Copperfield Court and 32nd Street South will be closing at noon today. It will remain closed until water levels recede.
The 25th Street South bridge over Rose Coulee will close at 1 p.m. today between 44th Avenue South and Rose Creek Parkway South for levee construction. Once construction is complete, two lanes will be open for traffic, but it will be bumpy because of clay on the roadway. Drivers are urged to use caution when driving this route.
