WEST FARGO - A 54-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Thursday after a three-car accident at the intersection of 12th Ave. N. and 9th St. E.
Police allege Kenneth Thornberg, of West Fargo, was also driving with a suspended license and without liability insurance.
According to a news release from West Fargo Police, he did not yield at the intersection and pulled out in front of oncoming traffic at about 5 p.m.
One of the other drivers sustained a possible minor head injury and was not wearing a seatbelt. The third driver reported no injuries.
