Sixty-eight of 74 establishments passed the latest round of alcohol compliance checks by the Fargo and Moorhead police departments and the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
Four Fargo establishments failed the compliance checks: Old Broadway Grill, Pizza Hut on 38th Street South, Side Show Café and the Sand Trap. VFW Post #1223 in Moorhead also failed the check, as did Riverside Inn in Hawley.
The random checks were conducted with the Safe Communities Coalition of the Red River Valley.
