FARGO — Six tobacco retailers here recently failed checks to ensure they're selling tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, only to customers who are 21 or older, according to Fargo Cass Public Health.
The checks were done Dec. 1, with 32 businesses passing and six failing. For all six businesses, it was their first failed check in one year.
The businesses that failed were:
- Casey’s General Store, 2401 45th St. S.
- Casey’s General Store, 1901 University Drive N.
- Casey’s General Store, 2501 23rd Ave. S.
- Petro Serve USA, 205 NP Ave. N.
- Puffs Vape/Head Shop, 68 Broadway N.
- Stamart Travel Center, 3500 12th Ave. N.
