DULUTH, Minn. - A dozen people are out of their homes after an early morning fire at a downtown Duluth apartment complex.
No one was hurt, but two people suffered smoke inhalation.
The fire caused severe damage to one apartment, but the resident wasn't home at the time.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
