Acapella Xpress Women's Show Chorus and the American Cancer Society will host its eighth annual "It's a Chick Thing" fundraising event Oct. 1 at Moorhead's Eastgate Event Center, 123 21st St. S.
The social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30.
Breast cancer survivors Jan Fleming and Vickie Ludwig and a representative from the American Cancer Society are scheduled to speak after dinner. Acapella Xpress will also provide entertainment.
Tickets are $35 and include the meal and raffle entries.
