Steve Seibert has joined Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services Inc., Fargo.
Seibert is a civil technician, working primarily on Minneapolis metro-area projects including the Dover, Eyota, St. Charles Area Sanitary District Wastewater Expansion project.
He worked as an engineering technician while serving in the U.S. Air Force and abroad and as a civil CADD technician for John Oliver & Associates, Elk River, Minn.
