WEST FARGO - Cass County Vector Control will wrap up aerial spraying for mosquitoes from 7:30 p.m. to midnight today in Fargo, West Fargo and urban fringe subdivisions in Cass County.

Weather conditions on Sunday prevented spraying from starting until 9 p.m., and tonight's spraying will complete the application.

The active ingredient in the ultra-low-volume spray is permethrin, which is labeled for use in residential areas and has been found to be non-toxic to humans and pets, according to a press release from Vector Control.
