VALLEY CITY, N.D. - A forum on agriculture and carbon policy is scheduled at noon Thursday at the Valley City Eagles, 345 12th Ave. N.E.
North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring and representatives from commodity groups and conservation groups will participate.
The discussion will be led by Bruce Knight, former chief of the Natural Resources Conservation Service. He will describe what is at stake for agriculture. Lunch will be provided.
