FARGO - Patients of Fargo's Allcare Dental, which unexpectedly closed last week, are encouraged to file complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, which is leading an investigation of the business.
Patients can call the attorney general's health care hotline at (717) 787-3391 or access an online complaint form at www.attorneygeneral.gov , click on "complaints" and select "health care complaint form."
