Brenda Duncan has joined CableOne Advertising, Fargo, as a traffic coordinator.

Duncan, Fargo, has 25 years of local media industry experience.

Joyleen Miller and Lorna Brager have been promoted to donor care supervisors for United Blood Services North Dakota's centers in Fargo.

Miller, Fargo, has worked six years for UBS and previously worked as an assistant donor care supervisor and record review specialist. She will be responsible for supervising the staff of two mobile units.

Brager, Fargo, has worked since 1987 for UBS and previously worked as a center donor technician and assistant donor care supervisor. She will oversee donor/customer service at the Fargo and West Fargo centers and mobile units.

Cindy Vandal has been promoted to senior underwriting consultant at Pioneer Mutual Life Insurance Co., a Fargo stock subsidiary of American United Mutual Insurance Holding Co.

Vandal, Moorhead, has worked 29 years for Pioneer Mutual. She has received her Fellow, Life Management Institute and Fellow, Academy of Life Underwriting designations.

Sue Hapala has joined Braaten Cabinets, Kindred, N.D., as executive administrative assistant.

Hapala has retail and financial industry experience. She graduated from North Dakota State University.

Seven employees of First State Bank of North Dakota have been promoted or changed positions.

Terryl Grieve has been promoted to executive vice president-operations. She will be responsible for operations at all First State Bank of North Dakota locations. Grieve has more than 27 years of banking experience and has been with the bank since 1991.

Vince Watkins has been named regional president for the First State Bank of North Dakota offices in LaMoure, Marion and Oakes. Watkins will be responsible for overall supervision of the three offices. He has more than 20 years of lending experience and previously worked as senior vice president of the LaMoure location. He graduated from South Dakota State University, Brookings, and the Graduate School of Banking, Boulder, Colo.

Michele Sandness, LaMoure, will work as regional executive vice president and president of the First State Ag Credit Co. She is responsible for operations in LaMoure, Oakes and Marion and handles business for Ag Credit Co. She worked 24 years for First State Bank of LaMoure prior to the purchase and recent merger with First State Bank of North Dakota.

Bob Hardy has been promoted to president of the Oakes office. Hardy will oversee overall operations and credit functions of the office. He has 23 years of banking experience with the last seven years at the Oakes office of First State Bank of LaMoure. He graduated from the Graduate School of Banking.

Dave Zetocha has been promoted to vice president. Zetocha has more than seven years of lending experience. He has worked more than five years at the Oakes office. He graduated in 2004 from the North Dakota Bankers Association School of Banking, Jamestown.

Teena Ketterling joins the bank as an internal auditor for all six offices of First State Bank of North Dakota. Ketterling has 30 years of banking experience. She graduated from the NDBA School of Banking and Independent Community Bankers of America Auditing Institute, Minneapolis.

Ona Wiek has been promoted to loan administrator and loan officer. Wiek has seven years of banking experience and has worked two years at the Oakes office. She graduated from LaMoure High School.

John Jones, Tony Botzet and William Gierzewski have been promoted by All Wireless Solutions, Fargo.

Jones, Fargo, has been promoted to operations manager. He oversees staffing, inventory and administrative issues for the company's eight locations. He has nine years of wireless communications and management experience and has worked two years for the company.

Botzet, Fargo, has been promoted to kiosk sales manager. He provides sales training for new employees and consults with management on sales and marketing opportunities. He has worked a year for the company.

Paul Benson has joined State Bank & Trust, Fargo, as its private banking vice president.

T. J. Rooney and Todd Nankivel have joined Gate City Bank as mortgage loan officers.

Burgard previously worked as a clinical research coordinator for Odyssey. Her professional background includes 10 years in psychiatric research and clinical assessment.

Erhardt, Fargo, previously worked at Target as an executive team leader. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2004.

Dimmer, Fargo, has been promoted to customer service representative at Fargo's 32nd Avenue Sunmart branch. He previously worked as a teller at Alerus' West Fargo branch.

In addition, Mike Kobbervig, a retirement plan consultant for Alerus Retirement Solutions, has been assigned additional responsibilities as a relationship manager at the Fargo location. Kobbervig has eight years of experience in retirement planning.
