The Arc of Cass County has named Miranda Buland of Friendship Inc., Fargo, recipient of its Professional of the Year award.
Also recognized were Elissa Albrecht with the Bill Sackter Citizenship award, and the Kelly Inn, Fargo, and general manager Jason Westby, as employer of the year.
The winners were selected for showing exemplary service to people with developmental disabilities.
