A man armed with a handgun robbed Empire Liquors at 4861 13th Ave. S. in Fargo at approximately 11:40 p.m. Monday, according to Fargo police dispatch.
The robber is described as a white male, about 5-feet, 7-inches tall, and wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses, blue wind pants and a black shoulder bag. He apparently told the clerk not to worry and demanded money.
No one was injured in the incident, according to police.
He left and possibly got into a vehicle described as a gray or tan, possibly older Dodge Durango and left in an unknown direction. Sgt. Carlos Nestler of the Fargo Police Department said it had not been determined as of 3 a.m. Tuesday if the vehicle was involved.
