- Jazz Arts Group, Moorhead, JAG musician educational event for students, $2,930.
- Nordic Culture, Moorhead, performance by puppeteer Luman Coad, $2,510.
- Mujeres Unidas, Women United, Moorhead, performance by a Aztec/Mexican dance troupe, $3,000.
