Kerry Smith has been elected Northwest area executive of the National Association of Farm Service Agency County Office Employees for 2005-06.
The association represents county-level employees of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency and provides a national medium to exchange information and ideas.
Smith is county executive director for North Dakota's Eddy and Foster counties for Farm Service Agency Offices. He has been employed by the USDA Farm Service Agency for 22 years.
