CARVER, Minn. - The Carver County sheriff's office has identified the missing boater on the Minnesota River near Carver.
Sheriff Bud Olson said Friday the man is Francisco Lopez Reyes, 30, of Prior Lake.
His family said Reyes has been depressed the past several weeks and may have killed himself.
The sheriff said there's no evidence of foul play.
