Federal officials want the public's assistance in finding a man charged with murder, conspiracy and drug-trafficking charges.

A $5,000 reward was offered today for information leading to the capture of Martin Carrillo, 19, of Wapato, Wash.

U.S. Attorney Drew Wrigley said prosecutors want Carrillo to face charges for an international drug ring and the 2005 murder of Lee Avila in East Grand Forks, Minn.

Carrillo is among four men who face a potential death penalty trial in the case.

Wrigley, prosecutors and other federal agents from Fargo plan to leave today for Washington. He said they plan to hold another press conference Tuesday in hopes of garnering tips leading to Carrillo's capture.
