FARGO - Investigators say a fire that gutted a utility trailer in Fargo is being investigated as possible arson.
The fire was reported around 12:20 a.m. at 2300 6th Ave. S.
Assistant Fire Chief Larry Schuh said the trailer was parked on private property next to a vacant house. The trailer contained old furniture, bikes and canned goods.
"There was no obvious reason for it to ignite, so they suspect it may have been ignited by a person or persons unknown," he said.
Investigators have no solid leads, he said.
