A moderate-level sex offender has moved from Fargo to Barney, N.D., in Richland County, according to police.
Christopher M. Peters was convicted of gross sexual imposition for actions involving victims under the age of 15, according to a news release.
Peters' registration has been confirmed with the Richland County Sheriff's Office, the release said.
