Authorities seek 'armed and dangerous' suspect in fatal Hibbing shooting
HIBBING, Minn. — Authorities here are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on Dec. 25.
Investigators have identified 29-year-old Jerome Dionte Spann as a suspect and believe he fled in a vehicle to St. Paul, according to a release from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.
The incident involved two people who were shot, one of whom died, authorities said.
Spann is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, authorities said.
The incident is being investigated by the Hibbing Police Department with assistance from the BCA.
