WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - Bail has been set at $15,000 each for two people accused of tying up, and kicking a woman for nearly three hours at a Christmas Eve house party.
Robert Kellum, 26, and Jacqueline Fischbeck, also known as Jacqueline Desjarlais, 42, are charged with felonious restraint, terrorizing and aggravated assault, all Class C felonies. Authorities say the two travel between Williston and in Sidney, Mont.
A 16-year-old girl also charged in the case has been turned over to juvenile authorities.
Court documents say the attack on the 21-year-old woman followed an argument at the house party in Williston.
"All three individuals (suspects charged) hit, punched or kicked her in the face," the court documents say. The woman's boyfriend tried to help her but was threatened by the three suspects, authorities said.

At one point, the suspects allegedly took the woman to a back room of the home, and threatened to shave off her hair, according to court documents. She eventually was released but was told the suspects would kill her children if she reported them to authorities.
The woman was treated and released from Mercy Medical Center, police said.
The charges against Kellum and Fischbeck carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and $15,000 in fines. Northwest District Judge Gerald Rustad said their preliminary hearing for Jan. 23.
Fischbeck, who authorities said is undergoing cancer treatments, was allowed to be released from jail for the treatments.
