BISMARCK - The president of the Bank of North Dakota would like the bank's history to be part of its new building.
The new building will be in west Bismarck, near the Memorial Bridge over the Missouri River into Mandan. The old Palace Arms hotel is being torn down to make way for it.
"It's got to be a functional building, but we'd like it to reflect some of our history," he said.
