A naming ceremony will be held at Moorhead's Bennett Park today at 3 p.m.
The park at 302 17th St. S. is being named for Joe Bennett, who with his wife, Cory, has raised money for playground equipment and sponsored a children's soccer team that uses the park.
Bennett, one of the founding members of the Morningside-Greenwood Block Club, will be honored for his community-building volunteer efforts at the ceremony.
