Lou Bennett is seeking a third term on the West Fargo Commission.
Bennett, 70, has served on the commission since 2002. He filed his re-election paperwork Tuesday.
Bennett's and Commissioner Bryan Schulz's seats are up for election this year on the June 8 ballot. Schulz has said he's not seeking re-election.
Cass County Highway Department retiree Richard Lewis, 54, and West Fargo School Board member Duane Hanson, 54, also are vying for seats on the commission.
Other positions on West Fargo's ballot are mayor, three Park Board seats and municipal judge. Candidates must file by April 9.
