“We treat our customers like family and the staff knows a lot of customers by name,” Manager Amy Kiehl said. “Customer service is knowing that we have done our very best to ensure every transaction is a positive one. Genuinely greeting and thanking every customer for their patronage,” Keihl added.
Known for its cleanliness, Holiday locations are spotless, which Kiehl takes great pride in.
“We get a lot of compliments on how clean our site is,” she said, regarding restrooms and floors. “I get a lot of compliments on how friendly the staff is and how it’s nice to see the same faces day to day.”
