A bicyclist who was injured Monday morning when struck by a motorist in north Fargo is listed in guarded condition at MeritCare Hospital.
Police identified the bicyclist as Michael S. Stone, 58, of north Fargo. He was unconscious at the scene and taken to MeritCare Hospital, Lt. Pat Claus of the Fargo Police Department said.
The driver of the car, Jodeen Hay, 38, of north Fargo, had stopped at a stop sign and was making a left turn onto 19th Avenue North when the accident happened, Claus said.
The accident happened at 7:20 a.m. at the intersection of Third Street and 19th Avenue North.
Neither the driver nor the bicyclist were cited, but the accident remains under police review.
