A 15-year-old boy hit by a pickup truck July 13 was listed in guarded condition Wednesday at Fargo's MeritCare Hospital.
Trevor Homuth, 15, was hit about 7:11 p.m. in Moorhead by a pickup while headed northbound on Seventh Street. The pickup, driven by Peter Hakk, 20, of Moorhead struck Homuth as Hakk entered the Fourth Avenue South intersection, according to a Moorhead Police Department news release.
Stop signs are posted at the intersection on Seventh Street.
Homuth had been listed in critical condition Tuesday.
