A 16-year-old boy was taken to Sanford Hospital after a bicycle accident Friday in downtown Fargo.

The accident occurred about 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Fourth Street and Main Avenue.

The boy, who was not identified, rode off the curb, sideswiping a pickup truck traveling on Fourth Street, according to Fargo police.

The boy sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
