A bicyclist was struck by a motorist while crossing Highway 75 in Moorhead late Saturday, police said.
Emergency response personnel responded to an accident at Highway 75 and 15th Avenue North in Moorhead at about 10:15 p.m., said Lt. Brad Penas of the Moorhead Police Department.
The bicyclist was transported to the hospital but was in fair condition at the scene, Penas said.
"He's conscious, breathing and talking," he said.
The motorist was not arrested and was driving under the 55-mph speed limit for the highway, Penas said.
