Oakport Township, with the assistance of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, will begin construction of emergency levees on Wall Street beginning Tuesday, April 5th. Levees will be built across Wall Street on the west side of Brentwood/Rolyn Acres and east of the 500 block of Wall Street. Wall Street will be closed to through traffic. Traffic will be detoured one mile north to 70th Avenue North (County Road #93).
