Bogart, Fargo, was among more than 2,600 professionals who learned from international importers, authors, educators, merchants and specialists through tea tastings, demonstrations, certification, seminars and exhibits.
Bogart, owner of HandWorks, teaches vocational skills and classes, organizes events, and serves as a consultant to various businesses, organizations, and individuals.
