The Prairie Wetlands Learning Center, Fergus Falls, Minn., is hosting an informational meeting about the new Prairie Wetlands Book Club at 7 p.m. Jan. 30.
The club is open to the public and will focus on reading and discussing books written by famous naturalists or focusing on the prairie wetlands environment.
The first book planned is "My Antonia" by Willa Cather, in cooperation with the Fergus Falls Big Read event.
The club will meet once each month, and meeting times, dates and a reading list will be determined by interested members at the informational meeting.
