Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society will host a one-day bus tour to South Dakota Saturday, July 9.
The two stops will be at McCrory Gardens in Brooking, which has 20 acres of formal display gardens and a 45-acre arboretum featuring 60 species of trees and shrubs; and Schade Vineyard in Volga, for a private wine-tasting by the vineyard owners and a tour of the vineyard.
Additional stops may include a greenhouse and the Brookings Art Festival at Pioneer Park, if time permits.
