Brandon Millar will receive the rank of Eagle Scout at a court of honor at
3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 30, at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 1005 1st St., West Fargo.
Brandon lives with his grand-mother, Judy Millar, West Fargo. He is the son of Karmin Swedberg of Colorado and Bob Fenelon of Tennessee. He is also the grandson of Linda Fenelon, Fargo; Ron and Linda Fenelon, Alexandria, Minn.; and the late Jim Millar.
For his project, Brandon planted 30 trees at the West Fargo Soccer Complex for the West Fargo Park District. He was assisted by his Boy Scout troop, friends and relatives.
A junior at West Fargo High School, Brandon is a member of West Fargo Boy Scout Troop 232. Mike Reitan is scout master.
