Brennan is refuge manager of the year

Kevin Brennan, manager of the Fergus Falls (Minn.) Wetland Management District, was named the National Wildlife Refuge Association's 2008 Refuge Manager of the Year.

Kevin Brennan, manager of the Fergus Falls (Minn.) Wetland Management District, was named the National Wildlife Refuge Association's 2008 Refuge Manager of the Year.

Brennan was honored for his achievements during his 34-year career with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

Brennan graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He began his career with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service at Devils Lake, N.D. He also worked at Kirwin, Kan., J. Clark Salyer in North Dakota and Crescent Lake National Wildlife Refuges in Nebraska before moving to Fergus Falls in 1986.
