Three establishments failed recent alcohol compliance checks conducted in West Fargo and Cass County.
The checks involve underage volunteers attempting to buy liquor at bars, liquor stores and restaurants.
In a recent round of checks, 35 establishments were visited, according to a statement released by the Safe Communities Coalition of the Red River Valley.
The Speedway was the only business out of 11 visited in West Fargo to fail the checks.
Twenty-four establishments were visited in Cass County, with all but the Tower Bar in Tower City and the M&M Convenience Store in Leonard passing the checks, according to the press release.
