Michael Carlson has joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota, Fargo, as corporate wellness director in medical management.
He was previously employed as director of the Spine & Sport Center in Richmond, Va. He earned a bachelor's degree from North Dakota State University, and a master's degree from St. Cloud (Minn.) State University.
