FARGO - Cass County today announced the details of an auction for flood buyout properties on May 27.
The auction will start at 1 p.m. at the Holiday Inn at Interstate 29 and 13th Avenue South in Fargo.
The county has houses, standalone garages, shops and storage buildings for sale. All structures will be sold for removal or salvage in "as is" condition.
Buyers will be required to sign a purchase agreement and pay in full on the day of the sale.
