Jason Richtsmeier and Luke Hagness have joined Cass County Electric Cooperative.
Richtsmeier, Hunter, N.D., is a sales and service technician. He provides assistance within the cooperative's fireplace division while serving customer needs for its subsidiary, South East Rural Vision Enterprises Co. He previously worked four years for Cass County Electric. He graduated from North Dakota State University.
Hagness, Fargo, is an apprentice line worker with training in basic line work practices, including construction, operations and maintenance work. He received his associate's degree from Bismarck State College.
