FARGO - Cass County Electric Cooperative says a power outage Sunday night was due to vandalism.
The outage occurred around 8:10 p.m. for residents north of County Road 20 and east of Interstate 29. The power was partially restored around 9:54 p.m., but 247 customers remained out of power until about 10:38 p.m.
Crews found bullet holes in power equipment southeast of Harwood.
The incident is still under investigation.
