Cass County government will contract for removal of sandbags from rural residences in unincorporated areas of Cass County.
Residents of incorporated cities should check with their city officials regarding sandbag pickup.
Rural residents will be required to remove sandbag levees and place the sandbags on the public street or end of their driveway.
Pickup of sandbags in areas affected by Maple, Rush or Sheyenne River flooding will begin Monday. A second and final pass will be made during the week of April 19.
