FARGO - The Cass County Sheriffs Office is urging the traveling public to exercise extreme caution on county roads, according to a news release issued this afternoon.
Numerous roads are either closed or have restricted travel due to water on the road surface. The locations and depths of the water not only change daily, but hourly.
With the construction of clay levees, water on roads and anticipated weekend
precipitation, surfaces have become very slippery. Drivers must pay attention to the conditions on each road surface they drive on.
